In case of any accident like Kanchenjunga Express, you can go to the website of the insurance company through that link and make a claim. For this, you have to upload a copy of your railway ticket and the ID card fixed by the company.
These documents are required
- Proof of confirmation of accident from Railway Authority.
- Signature of nominee and legal heir on the accident claim form.
- The disabled passenger has to provide photographs before and after the accident.
- Documents related to hospitalization have to be submitted.
- Doctor’s final report.
- Apart from number sign, stamp must be attached on all bills.
- Official report containing details of passengers who died in railway accidents.
- NEFT details and cancelled cheque will also have to be submitted at the application office.
